What happened? Description:

He added me saying that he accidentally reported me for item duping and said that he was gonna get banned. He told to me to add an account with "V A L V E" in it's name and that I should talk to her and clear things up. The person with "V AL L V E" has already been banned, but this person hasn't​

He just messaged me saying that he need me to talk to her. I didn't know of him/her before this interaction

He wasn't on my friends list at all. I have no idea how we was able to message me without adding me. This was almost my first interaction with the pair of them.
