    Accused profile: 76561198307837340

    Victim profile: 76561198194872774

    What happened? Description:
    Well, this one guy approached my friend, then he wanted to buy an item from him for paypal, the then said he would like to use middleman. I checked, that guy is already steamrep banned. But this middleman guy isnt. This middleman, pretends as some "steam moderator" and will help with the "Item Authentication Process" and says he is a verified steam middleman.​

    Provide Evidence:
