    What happened? Description:
    he wants me to give him a $10 awp skin and he will give me $200 at first he said he could get me a knife but in the end agreed to get me money. he could not use his own skin because he just got it and it will take 15 days. after finding out if he traded with me it would take 15 days he wanted me to use a different account to send him a skin. that i dont have.​

    Evidence is too inclusive - you lack the first part so unable to determine the reasoning behind it - otherwise your just assuming the user wouldn't do what they promised and is not a scam.
