What happened? Description:

The user "Robot" added me Yesterday saying he had some items to sell. I've traded with him in the past and the trade went through no problems last time. He said he had 3 Items to sell me and put them into the Steam chat. By hovering I could see they were a Strange Professional Killstreak Ambassador, a Strange Liberty Launcher (with Spell) and a Strange Professional Killstreak Enforcer. I told them the values I could pay and the confirmed that the ambassador was professional killstreak, he was VERY quick to send the trade offer and I accepted quite quickly because I was busy playing TF2 at the time. I just accepted it and realised that the Ambassador was Basic Killstreak which is just over 3 Keys lower in value. The ambassador did have a name tag applied perhaps to deter the killstreak of the item. When I asked him for a Tradeback he wasn't willing, I sent the tradeback offer just after I'd accepted it and they never accepted. We discussed and he wanted me to buy even more items from them! We agreed that he could give me back 2 Keys so I sent the offer for 2 keys but they never accepted. I asked 3 times if they could. I went for tea and when I came back they were online but they had defriended me. I left a warning message on their profile saying I'd report to Steamrep, they soon accepted my friend request minutes later and were very pushing to find out what I was doing. The deleted the comment so I have no proof of that sadly. He also sent me an offer (after the possibility of reporting to Steamrep) with the 2 Keys but he cancelled it.​

Provide Evidence:

I do have 29 screenshots of the chatlog as we spoke (as you can imagine) for a long time. He wasn't willing to give it back. I've added the screenshots of the agreement. For some reason I can only add 15. I've shown the offer was cancelled (their keys ended up going unavailable after) and I've provided 2 Pics of their Steam Profile level, playing Tf2 so I'm proving the right profile. I stupidly closed the Steam chat as I quit TF2 and loaded another game so I closed all Steam tabs, I've added the chatlog I could get in text below, the screenshots are of the ORIGINAL discussion, amazingly Steam mobile keeps records of it​

I'm still friends with the user as there is a small (1%) chance he'll give me back the items. Not sure what the last chat screenshot was that I sent you but he was quite desperate on the last messages we sent. He never sent the offer either. I thought that he's not going to give my items back as he's said he'll send the trade about 5 times so I gave up talking and came to Steamrep instead.

Nope they've not said anything since. I did defriend them as well.
