    What happened? Description:
    Offered to buy skins from me using PayPal. Asked for my Paypal info, never sent a request or sent money for my requests so I never sent the trade offer. Realized today that he sent me an email with a receipt made in Google Docs trying to show that he sent the money. Obviously the money never came in. He went by "FearblastG" at the time of the trade.​

    I also need a FULL screenshot of your paypal activity for the last few days till now.
    And you must before anything else prove identity to the accused.
    I can't tell if you were ever connected with them or talking to them in anyway via ID of some sort. Nothing on my end shows that so follow next posts instructions to prove this pls.

    Thanks - issue is I can't confirm you were ever friends with this exact user by SteamID - all I see is a chat box with a name and profile image. Need to verify this and you can do that with a screenshot of your friend/user activity thru a web browser - when you take this and it shows you adding the user hover your mouse pointer over the users name so it shows the popup of the profile. Make sure you open this in a web browser before doing anything rather than steam client. Take the screenshot and make sure it's Full Screen and make sure steam client URL is enabled, not edited or cropped in any way! Upload HERE…NOT imgur, NOT gyazo or any other 3rd party hosting site!

    unfortunately, I don't think I can prove that they were friends with me since they have since then unfriended me, but I have a screenshot of steamrep saying they are. I think it is slightly out of date though.
