What happened? Description:

Anunnaki sells himself as a graphic designer. But actually he doesn't do any designs! He just scams not knowing people! , First at all he added me then i ask him why he add me , he reply that he just want fill his friendlist back because he accidentally removed it all. then i actually accept his reason then few days i was stalking on his profile and i see that he's making an Artwork designs and Animation so i ask him if how much cost per artwork. then he said that it cost 10$ up to 70$ depends of the animation of it . so i tried to order from him then he ask me if i have paypal account for payment . but i don't have paypal so i ask him if he accept tf2 keys . then he said that ''YES'' then he ask me if how much is my budget for my artwork animation , then i said i have 15 tf2 keys in my account . then he told me if what animation do i want to put on my suggestion picture . then i request just like 3 or 5 kind of animation on it . then he told me that 15tf2 keys is not enough then he asking me for 20tf2 keys for it, then i said that i can sell few of my items on trading site and turn it into keys . until i complete the 20 tf2 keys he need . then he given me a reason that before he do the artwork . he need my all keys first for important because he said that he just want to avoid scam. then i agree for his reason then it looks like he is legit designer , as i see on his cashreps . then after that i sended 20keys first , after he got already my 20 tf2 keys through his account . he send his email account to send the picture and animation i request . and he given me 1-3 days to make my artwork order. then i agree for it . and then starting of it , i always asking if i can get my artwork, but he said he is busy , maybe he is , so it's nothing to me , so in the last day of his promised to me , I ask him again for my artwork and he given me a reason that he got sick and he can't do my artwork , seems that he always given a reason then i tried to comment on his profile then few minutes someone add me and he told me that do not trust annunaki because he is a scammer and he got scam also by paypal .and the guy given me a group of steam called ' steam artwork , and the guy showed to me that he is on Blocklist of Artwork scamming .then i was so shock about it , and i was so mad at that this and i call him directly and tell and showed it to him then he ask me if who send that link to me and i given to annunaki the guy who send that link of group . annunaki said that he was just delay for the guy order. so seems like annunaki scamming it really . then i ask annunaki if when i can get it really my order then annunaki begging me for 2 days more to work my artwork so i agree for his request . then after 2 days past. i ask him back for my artwork and then he said that he got sick and he is on hospital . until he given me another day again and again a lot reason sick , hospital , not home , in school and more ..i hope you understand my bad english i just really want to expose him before he scam more people .​

You cant animate character that has background,It has to be cut and layered in small portions to do animations of each portion
