Report Type: [Trade Offer Fraud] Using Trade Offer URL fraud

    Accused profile: 76561198309741073

    Victim profile: 76561198309741073

    What happened? Description:
This guy pretends to be a bot from Shadow pay, a famous site for selling skins ... he sent an exchange with all my skins that were to sell on the site (pretending someone had bought it and I would have to confirm).
He buys items but doesn't actually complete the purchase, so he gets access to the target's trade url ...

Impersonation alone is not a reportable offense and Valve has no policy on nickname use.
Lastly regardless of reason the offer being sent we would have no context as to why they sent it regardless of name used so therefore not able to review this.
You should just decline offer and move on.
