What happened? Description:

We were friends from a game about a year ago. He then came out of nowhere, showing how he's now some sort of community admin.​

Provide Evidence:

I have not lost any items yet. This is a preemptive report in order for this user to stop using this specific account from doing this to others.

Update: I decided to go through the banning process. After a while, they decided to remove the Steam Community Guide they were running.
