    Report Type: [Money] PayPal scam or scam attempt

    Accused profile: 76561198314160142

    Victim profile: 76561198079977233

    What happened? Description:
    I was messaged by the accused saying he was interested in buying my inventory. We agreed on me going first and that he would send me $1100 USD via Paypal. After I had sent him the items, he then sent me a screenshot of the Paypal transaction and it shows he entered my email incorrectly by one character.

    He then proceeds to claim it was an accident and would contact Paypal support to get the money back, eventually telling me it would take 1-3 weeks to process. During this time he asks me if I can give him free +rep so he can conduct a trade, which at this point made me very suspicious of him and I said no.

    After the 3 weeks were up, he blocked me on Steam. My items are gone and I did not receive the cash.​
