    What happened? Description:
    Just got scammed a hour ago and this dude just wants to give me money on Pay pal
    So, I watched a video on scammers 5 minutes ago and I wanted to check him on steamrep.
    After checking I decided to gather evidence but not too long coz' I'm tired from the last scam on me.
    He tried to scam me of my money (again today).​

    I've seen other screenshots of him scamming so I'm at least 90% sure he's scaming​

    I see no scam here - nothing what so ever suggests the user was scamming or attempted to. You can't just make reports cause you are "90%" sure - you must be 100%+ and with proper evidence.
