What happened? Description:

This steam user named "ngarg" randomly added me asking me if he could buy my skins with Steam cards then he moved to Paypal and saying he wanted ALL my skins valued at around $500 i said $300 cause i thought was talking about my Rust Inventory, He also said that it takes 10 secs before payment is "Done" cause that how it "Works in his county" i think that is a lie and that not how paypal works. Anyways if this person adds you just block him ​

I was told i was going to get a payment for my items and never got one

Yeah that how he wanted to do the trade but i'm not going to risk that cause that how most people get scammed, Anyways When i said i accepted the offer but really didn't cause i assumed it was a scam he said he sent the money and i never got the money and like 2secs later he said he canceled the payment that bs cause when you send money on paypal you get the money almost right away and the way to cancel it is to file a refund, I don't know how else to explain it :/ sorry if its bad hopefully if you can understand what im saying
