What happened? Description:

The user added me on steam, I added him, and after a few minutes he messaged me saying this

Mark Hoffman: Hello?
Short Circuit: hi
Short Circuit: im interested to buy your hong kong
Mark Hoffman: Did you come from outpost
Short Circuit: yes
Mark Hoffman: "Please do not add me, discussions can be done on this page"
Short Circuit: sorry about that
Mark Hoffman: I would be willing to guess you will offer your taunt
Short Circuit: well i can pay for it 650USD via paypal if you agree i think i have enough rep to make a trade http://bazaar.tf/thread/6882

I looked through the thread, which was indeed legitimate, but I made sure to double check and compare the profiles.

The person who added me was clearly an impersonate with the intent of pay-pal scamming. I followed up with;
