What happened? Description:

They added me with no context whatsoever. They then proceeded to try to talk to me normally by asking about me playing tf2 alot. They then claim to be the administrator of a tf2 roulette site, looking for people who will promote the website. I try to play along and say that I would consider it. He proceeds to send me this link: https://tf2definitive.com
He asks for my opinion, and I say it looks nice and give some criticism. He then asks of I can see the participants, and asks me to name one. He then tells me that he made him win, and that he can make any person win. He asks me to enter so I can win, and he says the minimum bet is 10$. I refuse, and the conversation ends with him unfriending me​
