    What happened? Description:
    So he was not friend keeping contact with me, and today he suddenly sent a link and said it's trade offer link. I've got scammed twice before, so i checked everything.
    And the link which he sent was official steam site, but it was this link named stemcommunti. Please ban this guy

    You can report the user to Valve
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
