    Report Type: [Rep Fraud] Impersonation with intent to defraud

    Victim profile: 76561198142013958

    What happened? Description:
    Added me and tried scamming me the 2nd time ( I have no idea how he didn't know he tried to scam me before ) but he's impersonating Outstrider​

    Provide Evidence:
    He is impersonating this guy https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561197980491139

    Added me and asked for what he could give in exchange for my 5 keys and linked the real Outstrider's backpack.tf profile and backpack. Called him out by sending him a snippet of his actual backpack value that contradicts the real Outstrider's. and he then very very quickly unfriended me.

    But I think considering there are 2 more reports lodged against this guy, and I still don't have actual evidence of him referring me to a steam official like one other guy who also reported him. And on the other thread this guy here https://steamcommunity.com/id/JoeLudwigAssistance/ has such an ID. That should we enough evidence, right?

    Ok listen..other reports against this user are irrelevant..your evidence does NOT show impersonation with intent to defraud...impersonation alone isn't a scam or a taggable offense here.
    I don't see any evidence that of intent - do you have evidence proving this yes or no? If yes please provide if no just say no.

    Case in point..the chat screenshots show IMAGES of what the user gave you - not a URL or link that I can see that would suggest the user is trying to pass off a URL of someone else's profile for their own.. you have images embedded enabled in steam chat and that basically destroys evidence. I suggest you disable that from now on but the issue still remains... no intent to defraud present at all with the evidence you provided.
