What happened? Description:

The scammer says he has money on bitskins that he wants to buy your skins with, he also says he can send bitcoin or bank transfer. He makes up a big deal for you but he want you to go first with a couple of items and than he sends all the money for the entire trade.
He was Steam tradebanned last week but he lifted it up. I contacted steam to reban him.​
