    What happened? Description:
    He messaged me on facebook asking if he can buy skins from me, we agreed on Fire Serpent FT - 134€ PayPal. He probably found me on some csgo forum.

    I gave him the instructions on how to send the money (f&f, add note, currency, etc.) and he said it's "HELD" and he can't retreive it back now and that he is just waiting for me to accept the offer.

    He said something like my paypal is connected to my "steam credit" whatever that is and that I will get the money when I accept the offer.​
