What happened? Description:

This guy added me and apparently he knew me, and he asked me about my skins, and he told me he wanted to buy them. I said okay and i thought he was going to offer a really low ammount but he said $45 and thats approximately how much i actually spent on all my items, we talked for a while and then he told me that he would give me $100 because he said i was his "friend" and of course i was really excited so i couldnt think straight, he told me he would pay me on paypal after i sent him my stuff and of course me being an idiot i sent him the trade offer with ALL of my skins and when i went back and asked him if he sent the money he just ignored me and played some games on steam, i kept asking him and thats when i became nervous, he told me he would send me the money if i gave him MORE skins and i was like dude, I GAVE YOU ALL MY SKINS! and he said he wouldnt pay me at all, but then a couple minutes later he told me he would trade all my skins for a knife and he traded my favorite skin (MA1-S Hyper Beast) and i started getting mad and then he won a karambit and i asked if he would give it to me and he said no and i started cussing at him and he blocked me, i reported him and today i got a message saying that someone i reported for scamming got action taken against, but when i checked his profile it didnt say he got banned or trade banned, im so mad i want him to get banned, i only got 1 screenshot that i took because i accidently exited out of the chat, but i couldnt get the messages back​
