What happened? Description:

So I added this man along with a variety of others who were buying keys for PayPal money on TF2 Outpost. I believed he was trustable, as he had 15 trust on backpack.tf, a site for TF2 trading. He also had some very high tier items such as many CSGO Knives, along with a Factory New Dragon Lore.

He and I were talking since about 5:07 PM, yet the chatlog only starts from 5:24. It starts with me saying how I want to do the trade, then him clearing his bp, and us talking a small bit. He then sends his information that I require for the transaction, which includes all the information from his steamrep. I now see that his steamrep link, was not actually his. I believe the rest was correct, yet there is one exception, his custom url. He changed his custom url from EpsilonChef to MilleniumChef now to DonChef228. I believe this was to hide from me, yet it did not work.

Then, I sent the 50 keys over (Seen here https://imgur.com/a/hj0rx). Our trade was that I would send him 50 keys (For $1.85 USD Per Key), he would send me $92.5, I would send him the other 50 keys, than he would send me the next $92.5. I waited a bit, yet he did not send the money. He then sent a gyazo link, which does not work anymore for me. It stated that there was an issue with his payment and it wasn't sent. I then said to give me my keys back, and he SAID he sent a trade offer, yet it did not come in. He sent me another gyazo link (Which does work https://gyazo.com/8e6f63c2418695b19f2e90d9994d89cf) which shows that he sent me the trade offer. Yet still, I have NOT recieved any trade offer. We then discuss further, and I tell him I want to trust him due to his amount of trust (on backpack.tf) and the items he has, and I don't know why he would try to scam me. He then sends me another gyazo link (https://gyazo.com/c1c4b79976656e5aa821b0cb8e22118f) which says that he had an issue with his PayPal and the money could not be sent. We discuss more, and I tell him to send it again(The Trade Offer). He says he does, yet I still did not receive it. and I tell him that I've been screenshotting this whole conversation. Just incase he wants to scam me. He keeps telling me to restart my Steam though, which I brought up and even said "Just incase when I restart steam, if you defriend me or anything." Then I restarted Steam, and he unfriended me, blocked me, and even changed his custom url several times.

To sum up, I added this man to sell him some of my TF2 Keys for PayPal. We negotiated a deal, I sent him the keys. He then made up some false stories about how PayPal isn't working for him, how the trade offer won't go through, and more. So I did not get my money. I also did not get my keys back. He blocked me and unfriended me, so I cannot even contact him on this account anymore.​

Proof Of Broken Agreement - https://imgur.com/VWAaezy This is where I sent him the keys. It also shows that I have not received my keys back, as this was the most recent trade I've made. And this here __________ shows how I have not received my money from him, as my balance is only $12.95. It also includes my most recent transaction, which was not from him.

On his profile he also includes all of his steamrep information, yet the custom url is wrong, as as I said before he changed it several times after defriending and blocking me.​

Hey, sorry about taking so long. The Proof Of Trade should have the hyperlink at the bottom. Then the PayPal screenshot shows some of my transactions, around the date of the scam March 25th, showing I have not been paid by Chef.
