    What happened? Description:
    He already has a steamrep ban, not sure if bans stack or whatever. The picture evidence describes it all, didn't really want to waste my time with him. Adds me to buy my stuff with paypal (who does that with a random person on steam?) I tell him I'm not going first off the bat. He agrees, sends a fake paypal email. Didn't work out for him, I call him out, he blocks me. I also find it funny how he attempts to appeal from his previous ban and then keeps doing it. Some people don't change.​

    Thanks - do keep in mind that this user is already banned/tagged..there isn't any more we can do to this user. Should you come across a user like this again(check users out BEFORE you accept friend request) it is best to just report them to Valve, delete and move on.

    In fact user has already appealed their previous call and this report will be Archived - Be sure to report the user to Valve as you should have done to start with as there is again nothing more we can do to them here.
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
