What happened? Description:

This user randomly add me out of the blue and asked to buy my AUG Skin and i said i wasn't really wanting to sell it and he offered me at first $150 then went up to $180-$200 cause i told him it was #1 lowest but still who overpays that much for a #1 lowest float AUG or even Skin

I have asked for cashrep proof but he said he deleted cause "his friends were spamming him" and i said i'll sell the skin on bitskins so its safe for the both of us and then he said he can't cause he "blocked" on bitskins for cashing out didn't know you can get blocked for cashing out but i could be wrong

He also said "You have 24 minutes until the hour is over & my offer expires" trying to make me do the trade and must people who say that kinda stuff are most likely scamming so yeah

It's up to you admins if you wanna steamrep ban him or not but just saying he has 2 open reports now

Hopefully i didn't miss anything if i did please let me know and i'll fix it ASAP
