    What happened? Description:
    I was looking to sell 350 keys for cash when I found the accused's post on the backpack.tf forums. I added him and we agreed to trade, where I went first because he had more rep than I.
    I sent the trade offer with the keys and he accepted it, and he said that he had transferred the cash via PayPal. When the money didn't arrive immediately, he sent a cropped screenshot of his PayPal account where it said that the transaction was pending.
    I thought that was fine enough then and there, but as the payment didn't arrive in the next couple of days, I started to get kinda antsy. He initially said that he had spoken with PayPal's support service that the transaction might take up to 72 hours to go through, but after those hours were up, he never responded to any of my messages again.
    It's pretty certain for me that he will never pay up the money he owes me by this point.

    This is the first SR report I've ever filled out, so I'm sorry if I missed anything. I'll be glad to add any other info that is needed.​

    Provide Evidence:
    I've attached the complete chatlogs from Steam (1.png to 4.png), my complete trade history from now to the trade in question, my most recent PayPal history and a verification of the accused's Steam profile.​

    Please provide a full screen shot of your Trade Inventory History showing for sure the trade in question(NOT TRADE OFFER!!)- open this with a web browser, move your mouse over the users name in question so it shows up the hypertext popup URL at the bottom of the screen - take the screen shot DO NOT edit it in anyway and upload. Also need a screen shot of your Paypal ACTIVITY (not Summary) for several days beginning with the date before this trade..full screen DO NOT edit this shot in anyway.
