    Victim profile: 76561198089024213

    What happened? Description:
    Commented on my steam discussion about two hours ago wanting to trade for my knife. After I added him, he wanted to overpay for my karambit, showing a screenshot of his inventory. I did some looking into the screenshot he sent me and I found that it was a screenshot of another person's inventory.     After asking for the price that cs.money gave my knife, he sent me a phishing link to a website that imitates csgo.exchange. While I know that sending phishing links is something that isnt investigatable, but the real problem is how he impersonated a trader. After I told him that the website was a scam, he blocked me.​

    Provide Evidence:
    Screenshots posted below.
    Evidence1-Evidence3 are the chat logs, while evidence4-evidence5 are the two profiles. Evidence4 is his, while evidence5 is the person he was impersonating.
    Evidence6 is a screenshot of the picture he sent me, which was the inventory of the person he was impersonating.​

    Aside from name how is this user impersonating with intent to defraud? I don't see any intent to defraud or the user trying to do anything scam related in the chat you provided.

    Also keep in mind soon as anyone suggests anything to do with phishing or sends a link it is therefore out of policy here for what your reporting. So with that I'm marking invalid for phishing related.
    You can report user to Valve instead.

    Unfortunately, SteamRep does not accept reports dealing with hijacking/phishing/hacking -Due to current Investigative Policy

    This includes anything to do with API key requests, wrong or misspelled URL's and sites requesting logins of any type in attempts to steal your credentials.
    These are phishing/hijacking attempts and are not to be reported to SteamRep!

    You can report the user to Valve instead
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
