    What happened? Description:
    So i met this person we talk we he said paypal and i was sure but he never sent the money and I forgot to report him so im doing it now.​

    Provide Evidence:
    We meet then we talk and went to discord. I sent the skins but he never sent the money then he change it into credits for a website(Fake). But he sent me to this guy(Friend of his) and i said want the money but they never gave it to me. Plus he been Banned on both Csgo trading server for pay-pal scam​
