What happened? Description:

Offered me an unusual rocket launcher for my 3 unusual taunts, so i did some research, was about 10-15 keys lower than what he suggested it was.

He still was adamant and said I could offer on his unusual, even though I told him no. I went to his backpack.tf profile, and his name was red with a red strikethrough in his name.
I went to his rep.tf and confronted him about the bans, and he kept going on about how I shouldn't care about the bans.
