    What happened? Description:
    I posted a trade on csgolounge and this person had commented add me to trade, so I added this person and sent a trade offer. He said he was "Busy" doing something, Eventually he said "Add the Ump" and I questioned him about it until he said "ok send offer again" and I checked his inventory to see that the item went from Factory-New to Battle-Scared. I said "LOL" "Nice scam" and then they unfriended me xd​

    I sent him the offer and he declined it asking for the Ump i didn't give him the ump and the only reason why he was "busy" cause he was setting up the quick swap. We agreed right off the start.

    ok so two different offers right? I need to see FULL screenshots of both offers and as you take them one at a time - move mouse over each different weapon so it shows the weapon info popup..again FULL screenshots please and it should be two near identical shots.

    there wasn't two offers there was only 1 offer. after he declined the trade and asked me to send a new one i checked his inventory to see the skin and it was changed

    Ok so you are assuming he would send another item in an offer that you are sending? We can't speculate on if the item was there or not or perhaps he just traded it - he can always come back to say that but we can never prove it either way.
    Could have had the item in his pack - you didn't screenshot the entire pack thus it could be seen as a setup.. we don't know that.
    You letting him send the other offer and putting the different items in showing that back to back in screenshots would have proved what your saying but right now you don't have it and you can't prove it.
    We can't review reports based off assumptions at this point.
