What happened? Description:

This guy came up to me and and "confessed" that he made a false report because i duped some random items.
He called me onto discord to chat with a "steam moderator"
I was lucky enough to have known these types of scam.
Please look through them there're screen shot of steam chat( discord is just optional)

I hope this scammer gets ban.
there was another profile mentioned in the convo but i couldnt copy the link in time.

Unfortunately, SteamRep does not accept reports dealing with hijacking/phishing/hacking -Due to current Investigative Policy

This includes anything to do with API key requests, wrong or misspelled URL's and sites requesting logins of any type in attempts to steal your credentials.
These are phishing/hijacking attempts and are not to be reported to SteamRep!
This user and these types of attempts are almost always done by a hijacked account and the purpose is to use that account as a method to do this. Report them to Valve not here.

You can report the user to Valve instead
In order to do that, you have to:
1. Visit the accuseds profile
2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
5. Click SUBMIT REPORT

Note: You also see the user is already COMMUNITY BANNED By Valve - therefore they've already taken action and this proves exactly what I stated above.
