What happened? Description:

So Dota2 has some items you can only gift and not trade. I have paid him with TF2 keys and he was supposed to gift me the skins but he did not send me the skins and blocked me. He has changed his name at the time but still the same person and profile so I have screenshots of it with his old profile name and picture.​

Those all are full screenshots not crops, And it includes payment method as well as what items I wanted from him. And I can send my inventory pictures if necessary.

As you can see I searched the items in my inventory and none of them comes up.

Also as you can see if item gifted to me i cannot gift it to someone or trade or sell it on community market. It's only possible to gift if you have earned yourself like in the pictures.
