    What happened? Description:
    Trade of a painted Bill's hat for 3 Keys, user insisted of using a item verificator after a "devastating duped trade". At the end was a Banned SteamRep using a fradulent middleman.​

    Provide Evidence:
    At first he was paying for the Bill's hat with pure, but he insisted in the use of a middleman for the trade. After being skeptical i reach that the middleman was fake for pretending to be a Steam Support and another profile (https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198025934308). As soon I said that I will report them both left and blocked me. Due to a power shortage the chat was lost.​

    Sorry no evidence of any scam here - You can't just screenshot a users profile and make a report. You must show intent to defraud.
