He added me back trying to scam me again and this time confessed to both hijacking accounts and trade scamming me as well as others.​

Provide Evidence:

Images taken from phone on computer screen since I do not have screenshot capabilities and the name and IP is same as the first scammer who had taken my items previously.​

and i also see no activity
i have no specific profile status and i do have friends that have vac bans and a few game bans from csgo but i play tf2
ontop i usually never accept players who have vac banns unless i've known them either irl or good friends for a pending period of minimum 15 week acquaintences
