    Accused profile: 76561198352452773

    Victim profile: 76561198125381111

    What happened? Description:
    He added me on steam via my advertisement on survivorsrest.com and wanted to buy my skins from KOTK and JS using the PayPal.​

    Provide Evidence:
    We talked about the price of the items and we agreed on the price $170 USD. he kept saying that he have a higher reputation on steam so i agreed to go first. In the end He said "I can't send you money due to the limitation on paypal". So he told me that he would return back my skins after the 7 days trade ban. I trusted him in the end i didnt receive anything back.​

    This is totally bullshit,i really got limited by paypal due to received amount per year or something like that,i wanted to pay this guy but when he reported me to steamrep and called me lier and scammer? why would i still pay him

    What is the time frame for which you will resolve this as it doesn't matter about who reported you where...you have two reports here pending and both show a clear take item and run situation. I'll give you 24hours to pay both users or give the items back before I conclude these reports.

    man how can i pay them when i provided my id's and stuff to paypal and they still didnt resolve it can be up to 2 weeks they told me,i cant pay them my bank im empty paypal blocked?? i have other options??

    Give items back - once issue is settled then pay for the items.
    That is the only option since you have 24hours here. I'm not waiting on paypal.

    Admin He told me yesterday that he would pay me via paypal. Afterwards he claims that I have to wait till items are tradable before he can transfer me the money. Once the item are tradable he said that he would return my items. So i sent him an offer but then he canceled my offer and told me that he transferred the item. He then said he traded the item with someone with the same pic and same name. And why would someone change their Steam Pic and Steam Name if they aren't guilty
