What happened? Description:

This person left a comment in my illustration (you can go to my profile and check, https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2007766059), he wrote that he was interested in my knife.
I wrote to him and he said that he wanted to buy my knife. he called the cost and payment methods. I spoke with him for a long time and made a deal. I told him that I would make a decision in an hour, then I went to check his profile. When I checked the profile I noticed the comments, there were many positive reviews. After that I added 3 people to friends who left comments on the profile. Two of them added me, I started asking about this man, they both spoke well about him (These two people 1: https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198302570211

After that I decided on a deal. He called me on Steam, and we started discussing the deal. He took a screenshot of the payment and said to send him an offer. he said that it was I who sent the trade and took some cheap thing from his inventory (it seems to me that this way he circumvents Steam algorithms in order not to get a trade ban)
He accepted a trade with a knife and gave me a wallet recharge code.I went to enter the code but an error occurred while entering the code. all this time we talked and he said that he was going to call G2PAY support. He came and said that it was a conversion problem or something like that. as he said, the problem will be solved if the amount is greater and that he will buy a card for $ 500, and I will give him things for the same amount. Actually, I sent off the second trade and after that he removed me from friends and began to ignore me.
As I understand it, those two people were his fake accounts or he works with them in the group. I did not have time to take a screenshot about my conversation with those 2 accounts. I wanted to ask if measures would be taken against those accounts?​
