What happened? Description:

This person has scammed before and I see another report on the exact same person but it was marked invalid. He’s a professional at this whole scamming thing. He used https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198405000059/ to message me that he “accidentally” reported my items as dubbed and then refer me to Mich https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198354245447 who then tells me to go on discord and talk to an “operator” and then proceeds to give me a personal PayPal account to send $50 to. All the above steam profiles are accounts he has hijacked and use it to continue on with his scams. He got in my account and then made a trade to program: system database https://steamcommunity.com/profiles...wTXD9ba6J8-PIKfPEFSeGGKdx3BXAGqDfIt5dRnADDgAs , then he transfer those items to his personal account I’m sure. I traced his identity using the PayPal link he send me and he’s some punk kid in the Philippines and he’s been doing it for at least a year now and nobody has done anything about it.​

I know this report will probably be made invalid. But if there’s anyone out there who has been scammed by someone who claims to be valve management, someone who claims your others have been bugged contact me on steam. His real name is Christian Hinacay and his sister is Cindy Hinacay, feel free to message them. Contact me in steam to join the effort, since steam really doesn’t do anything about things like this and he continues to scam other people.​
