It was an scam attempt, it is through raffle like 1 key to get chance to win an god tier unusual, I didn't join but there are people who did but I don't know them, but main problem is that he didn't gave it to anyone he just like that got their keys but only if I knew who is he or anything like that, I just want SteamRep team to investigate because this is too suspicious to be true. As I said I just want investigation because I and many more are scared mainly because a lot of people did this type of scams. Just to make things clear, I was not scammed.​
