    Scam Report

Report Type: [Other] Any other fraudulent behavior
Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

    Accused profile: 76561198359574354

    Victim profile: 76561198069503173

    What happened? Description:
I googled for a trading bot site like cs.money since so many have popped up recently trying to trade for a particular skin. I browsed the bot inventories of ~10 sites, but could only find the skin I wanted on a site called https://csgoitems.trading/. I should have seen it coming, but the site had me deposit the skin to get credit on the site which then I am supposed to be allowed to withdraw in items from their bots. After depositing about $40 worth of skins, it showed my balance to be $55 which was the first red flag. I then selected the items I wanted to withdraw. The site gave me a variety of "errors" while displaying a screen that made it seem like the site was accessing a bot and sending me the trade offers. Each time I tried over a several hour long period of time it would give me different errors such as steam being down, an "error sending me a trade offer", or that the items I selected were no longer available. Steamstat.us told me otherwise for the first two "errors" the website gave me and I could select items, get the error they were not available, try again, and not get that same error with the same items so clearly that final "error" was also false. My accounts can also be corroborated with other user's accounts of similar scams under this steam forum topic I found after the case: https://steamcommunity.com/app/730/discussions/0/348293161790951368/. The site looks official, pops up as the first result in google, and will undoubtedly scam many other unsuspecting traders. I had no idea that trade scams had evolved to this kind of level but hopefully by reporting this, traders like me will catch on sooner rather than later.

Without the chat agreement/discussion or something of a broken agreement we can't continue with this report or have it reviewed beyond this point.

    Invalidating on these grounds.
