Paypal scam- nonpayment

Requests i go first in a $1300 paypal trade for a Serenus lumen legendary lid​

Agreed to go first in a $1300 paypal trade for a serenus lumen legendary lid, sent him the trade offer, and he (as per stories by other users) wastes time, stalls, and generally delays and eventually ran, as despite telling me to send a trade offer for the lid back, he's not returned the item, payment, or responded to me in 8+ hours.

Note that he's been delaying for whole weeks, and finally yesterday claimed to have the undelivered money, which apparently was a ruse to get other users to deposit items for quick fencing.

Please stop this user before he quickly liquidates items that he has gone second in trades for, but has no intent to pay. Again, read his BP.TF trust ratings for similar stories.

This was something agreed to weeks ago, i suspect he took so long on purpose and only started stalling at this point to avoid that being fleshed out, but in the attached screenshot he confirms that this is a transfer of $1300 owed to me for the legendary lid, and that he intends to pay it, telling me to relax. I have more screenshots if you'd like

And i had to dig this up on mobile, but yeah, here's him agreeing to $1300 and me giving him my paypal link, clear as day.

I've already included the paypal transaction history in the first post, it includes the last 14 days and shows nothing from this user.

I think this guy actually IS a chimpanzee with a keyboard, because he admits to this all being an exit scam and trying to QS the stolen items to one of the people he scammed, and knows that his buyers are watching these threads lmao
