    Scam Report

Report Type: [Rep Fraud] Impersonation with intent to defraud
Virtual item type involved: [TF2] Team Fortress 2 Items

    Accused profile: 76561198360642941

    Victim profile: 76561198116976822

    What happened? Description:
A guy requested to trade for an item of mine. I had received many requests for this item by multiple different users. Usually, I check them on Steam Rep but as I'm not a usual trader I don't immediately think that I need to do that, and this guy was buying for the best price I'd seen. He asked for a steamRep admin to check it. I stupidly accepted and once they obtained it I was kicked from the group chat and blocked by the accounts.
Screenshots are done from my phone as steam has removed them from the PC chats. Unluckily I cannot get proof of the group chat as I was kicked but if you look at the report made by the only other victim on this same user (mistail), then the screenshots are basically the exact same other than I didn't realise i was getting scammed till I got kicked.

Both of those accounts are already banned/tagged - nothing more we can do to them.
Not sure why you didn't see this or if you didn't check users out better from now to avoid getting involved.
Report them to Valve, delete and move on when you come across them.
Also PC screenshots next time - Mobile is hard to accept.
This will be the last note we add to this user - future reports will be archived.
    Report user to Valve
