What happened? Description:

He randomly added me on steam, with zero mutual friends (4 groups in common)
says he won $700 on a gambling website and can't withdraw, obviously draws suspicion for me
uses stupid excuses why i should be the one to "help" him
randomly trusts me with his "700,000" points even though i've warned him that he shouldn't trust me out of the blue
i purposely fall for his bait (not the hook) and log in the website (http://growskins.com), i start talking in the chat to see if anyone was real or not, it seemed like there were ""people" that were responding to me"
i use who.is to see where "growskins" was located, it was in russia (raises more suspicion since that's where a lot of fake gambling websites come from)
for some reason the website stops working for me, so he magically transfers his points to this new website called "http://csgoxx.com", i log in the website to nibble on the bait even more
i attempt to do his favor and "redeem the skins" for him, but then i get an error message saying i have to deposit money (or points) to get my prizes due to a bluffed bs steam rule or whatever​
