What happened? Description:

Scam attempt on buying csgo items with paypal/ steam wallet/ bank transfer.
Randomly added me through steam, i assume through csgo lounge.​

Provide Evidence:

It started off when this person offered to pay me in paypal/ steam wallet.

It was a bowie knife forest ddpat(field tested) and navi sticker for 100 euros
The initial condition was to :
1. Give him the sticker first
2. He pays me 100 euros in gift card and i claim it
3. I send him the knife

However, he insist on not giving the full code and uses a "hidden gift code".
Ever since then he refused to go first, i requested him to use a middleman and he refused any other source of trading methods.
In the end, I gave him my sticker and not the knife. He ran away

The suspicion lies in the code not being real or it could simply not be what he meant, a 100 euro. He insist that i give him the knife first or else he wont give the code, which raises a lot of red flag. He mentioned that he will go offline so that he cannot accept the trade yet, which makes it even more fishy

Please do take note of people like these, he uses steamrep to try to prove his innocent and "safe and verified trading". I am trying to prevent this from happening to other people. At the very least if this reports stays up, it may save the few poor souls from getting their valuables scammed.
