What happened? Description:

User was pretending to be a steam admin and claiming that I had a pending ban
he is involved and accused to be an accomplice of caramel cakes in this report https://forums.steamrep.com/threads/report-76561198421356443-tf2-team-fortress-2-items.186966/ remaining description was copied form that report

Attempted Scam someone on my friends list notified me of a pending ban and that I should add a steam admin this person I am a very cautious person when dealing with people I don't talk to on a regular basis so I ran the dudes profile on this website to c if he was a legit admin (cause if I remember correctly u guys like put something on SR profiles of known ppl in community like jesse form scrap.tf) and then I say the message at the top of the page saying
"There is no such thing as a "pending" ban or Steam admin. Anyone threatening your account is a scammer trying to scare you. Read more."
so I was immediately suspicious of this whole thing knowing what I did I should have tried to get more information but that's not how it turned out.
I thought caramel cakes (Accused user) was also a victim of the scam but given that after I called out the "steam admin" he unfriended me I would say he was in on it​
