    What happened? Description:
    First he add me and then he offer for my items he offer me a nice deal so i accept then after then he want my trade offer link so that he can send me an offer but after it he said, But before do i confirm this on mobile did you read my trading rules so i read his trading rules, Sorry my english is bad im not reallly good in english i hope this guy get band i have a picture of this face and i will give you this facebook account and lets go back to our conversation so i read his trading rules so i read here is the trading rules We both undergo Item Validation by any Steam/Valve Developers first just to have assurance if we are really trading safe items."

    Why? Because I am aware of those bugged items which mostly can ruin such inventories once received and is spreading around on this trade community. I'M REAL BEING CAREFUL. I will just send you the offer of the item we've dealed once I got the assurance from Steam/Valve Developers if the item I will be receiving from you is safe. I will never trade with you if you got those unsafe items.

    This act is not just only for my own sake but as well as your safety. Any other way, if you can't go with this, I am not forcing you.

    If you are wondering why I created this account for trading and not my main account directly, I am keeping my investments safe from all sorts of scam like: bots, hijackers, virus links, bugged items, and so on.

    well me i am new trading i dont know w hat is it so since we are trading big amount of items i want to be safe also so it's okay for me so he found already a steam developer so we add it they that's all he will validate both items with in 10 mins so then he give a trade link on his items checker data base so after it they block me. i hope this guy will be ban

    Thanks - do keep in mind that this user is already banned/tagged..there isn't any more we can do to this user. Should you come across a user like this again(check users out soon as you say hello) it is best to just report them to Valve, delete and move on.

    However you have not provide no evidence what so ever of any scam here.
    Report is therefore invalid
    Report them to Valve as you should have done to start with.

    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
