    Not enough evidence as in the full formal agreement/method of payment. Much of it isn't in English as well which makes it hard to review/nearly impossible infact.
    We can't return items, Valve no longer returns items. Your screenshots are also lacking date stamps on them which is why mobile is super hard to review or accept.
