    Scam Report

Report Type: [Trade Offer Fraud] Using Trade Offer URL fraud
Virtual item type involved: [TF2] Team Fortress 2 Items

    Accused profile: 76561198370652228

    Victim profile: 76561197994782056

    What happened? Description:
User contacted me asking to use opskins tf2 market to buy my unusual.

Had to wait for steam mobile authenticator to be on for 15 days, trade resumed on 8/8/17

User asked me to go to the sell page of opskins, list the unusual for 9999, but not finalize the trade. User asked for my trade url, which raised suspicion (only opskins should need it in this transaction). User waited for me to get to last step of listing item, then sent me a trade offer from an unrelated account that had been renamed to [OPSKINS] Bot #0001 (http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198407311252). I then realized the issue, looked the guy up on steamrep (he is already flagged), and moved on.

This user is already tagged banned - not sure why you didn't see this. You should check users out BEFORE you accept friend requests so you won't have to go thru this trouble.
The bot account is just a throwaway - be another up in hours.
When you come across an already tagged account best to just report it to Valve, delete and move on.
In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
