What happened? Description:

So basicly i wanted to get a sick profile picture and i asked my friend does he know someone who makes profile pictures he gave me his steam and i contacted him then he made it so after 2-3 weeks later my friend found out that it was just recolored and my name "DallaS" was put on to it so i paid him 2 keys and he is refusing to give them back he has scammed atleast 10-15 ppl in the steam communtity just for some cs items so i thought i`d make a report on it do get him banned bcuz like its not a good feeling to get scammed i know it was my fault that i got scammed bcuz i didnt do any reaserch before hand.​
