What happened? Description:

I sold this guy about 150 keys for $2.10 each yesterday and he was pretty chill and went first trusting me and after i received his money for 50 keys first i send him trade offer and accepted it. i thanked him for trusting me and he said he was testing me if i was legit or not and later asked me if i have more keys and i told him i have about 300 more and he send me $210 for 100 keys again and i sent him 100 keys again. after this he told me he cant buy any more today because he cant send any money via paypal and he will buy it tomorrow which is today. i said ok and +rep his profile and later i find out he has unfriended me and deleted my comment which was fishy and keys i offered him were not in his inventory anymore.
Today i logged into my paypal account and i find it has negative balance because this guy claimed it to be unautorised. I have seen post about such scamming methods in reddit aswell and now i am a victim of it.
I am filing this report because i was told he can be banned with proofs but i have got no chat logs but i do have his profile, accepted trade offer, paypal activity everything else.
Please let me know if i need to provide anything else.​
