What happened? Description:

Scammer proposed a trade totaling 16 items. It was agreed that the value to be traded for the 16 items is $15 and will be sent through Paypal. The method of transaction was to be 8 items first, money, then remaining 8 items. Scammer agreed and proceeded with the first 8 items to be traded. Once trade completed, insists on more items to be added before any money to be transferred.
