What happened? Description:

He added me randomly and asked to trade an ST FN hyper beast for my knife and my m4a1s - proof later on. I was a bit suspicious, as he seemed to be losing value in the trade, so read up on some common scams whilst talking to him. I finally decided to trade with him, and he switched the FN hyper beast for a WW hyper beast (Still ST) Luckily I checked, and called him out on the scam. After this, he disconnected from steam.​

Provide Evidence:

I couldn't take a screenshot of the WW St hyper beast, as he switched it back. However, the fact that he left after that accusation should be proof enough.​

I have the chat history, as is posted in here, and the chat window still open. I didn't take them during the "trade" as I didn't know it was a scam then

No. It wasn't a live trade, he sent me his trade link, and tried to get me to send him a trade offer. After I accepted in chat, he changed the item. I don't have screenshots of any of this - I took them afterwards when I knew it was a scam.
