    What happened? Description:
    This guy added me about a month ago to buy an item from me and he offered 30 euro in skins (first screenshot) then we agreed to wait a month for my phone cooldown ends.

    Today i've added him back and weirdly he acted like a scammer, this is a serious accusation because his discord was deleted and he claimed he've been hacking groups (second screenshot) then he said "i don't have time" after he added me he offered 5 euro for my item and he said "long time ago" i asked him 25 euro is a big difference right? he said long time ago again and again whatever he started to ask me about my job n' crap but that has nothing to do with. Anyway he tried to rip me off with his bad english and his bad excuse. Don't trust this user, he will rip off you.​

    You can report the user to Valve instead
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
