Virtual item type involved: [TF2] Team Fortress 2 Items

    Accused profile: 76561198378258761

    Victim profile: 76561198162572732

    What happened? Description:
Added to trade. Wanted an "item id". Gave the item id from bp.tf yet wanted the "item id" from an unkwon website. Also impersonating another user (Bp.tf link on impersonator account leading to backpack of "real" individual; impersonator has private backpack). Did not click link. Not sure if this is enough for a ban.

Didn't answer my question - a simple yes or no would be fine.

That isn't what you stated though... what is the link in this screenshot?
    https://forums.steamrep.com/attachments/evidence4-png.693896/

Appears phishing related so I'll need to verify if it is or not before I can review report.
The other image you gave a few posts up shows a link but you can't verify - if we can't verify the intent of the sites given to you we can't verify the intent of the user or if they were in fact trying to scam you.

It is not a phishing link. It leads to a trading website of some sort.

Phishing report - we don't review those here - if you took a moment to check out the first site it clearly prompts a fake steam login box.
These are not to be reported here.

Unfortunately, SteamRep does not accept reports dealing with hijacking/phishing/hacking -Due to current Investigative Policy
    http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/investigative-policy.140101/

This includes anything to do with API key requests, wrong or misspelled URL's and sites requesting logins of any type in attempts to steal your credentials.
These are phishing/hijacking attempts and are not to be reported to SteamRep!

You can report the user to Valve instead
In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT

Click here to view an animated gif that shows how to report a violation.
