What happened? Description:

Okay so, Neil (the accused here) was one of my closest friends on steam for a few months, we regularly played together and always had good fun together, nothing ever seemed out of the ordinary. It was literally just like having a friend, he never said or tried anything sketchy, never even asked to borrow items. He had expressed an interest in buying my tf2 inventory valued at about $200 for quite a while, I wanted to sell it and was very happy when he said he had enough to buy it. We agreed on $180 for the inventory over PayPal, but when I asked for $200 he said if I go first he will do it, we concluded that this was fine and so he sent a trade offer for all of my valuable tf2 items. I accepted this and waited for the PayPal, it never came, he then proceeded to block me on steam, discord etc. and I have not heard from him since.​

I am not on windows and so that hypertext link does not show up, is there anyway i can prove that this is the same account to you without that? other than that i have tried to show everything you ask for!
